This is good but it still needs work on the hands, face, and the body form.The hands look to big for the body and her smile and her eyes are a little deformed. Her clothes are a little deformed too but it's still good.There needs to be a little more work on the shading and her skin is pale. You should try adding skin color to the drawing. You just have to keep practicing and you will become better! So keep doing a great job!
.... um well I think the hair needs to be a little more realistic and I guess that's all...
