Different.

They were very different from each other.

Not complete opposites, but almost.

It was often questioned why, they were together. People marveled at this odd couple.

"Did you see those two? Why would he date her?"

"Shes so loud and hes so quiet..how does that work?"

"I wonder how he even ended up with her?"

The woman, would flare up at such talk. Her hotheaded temper got her into many a fight, and while she lost most of them, she never lost her spirit.
The man, being calmer and wiser, would ignore such talk, and continue on his way.

The woman was spirited, proud, and short tempered. She didn't give a rat's ass about what other people thought. She was often oblivious, and while sharp-witted often acted the complete opposite.

The man was very wise. He gave the overall appearance of being emotionless. He was soft-spoken and rarely ever said more than a few sentences.

The woman had vivid blue hair and eyes. She wore clothes that were comfortable enough for what she did, but still managed to make her stick out in a crowd.

The man had velvet black eyes that changed to vermillion red when he activated his blood limit. He had long soft black hair. He always wore the uniform of the organization they were part of.

In battle, the woman often rushed in and attacked, planning a strategy only after she had hit the enemy a few times. She depended most often on her own speed and prowess, and only used ninjutsu if pushed to it.

The man preferred not to fight, but when he did he showed that he was a brilliant strategist. He often incapacitated his enemy quickly, and then left quietly.

The two did have some similarities. They both enjoyed sweets, especially hanami dango. They enjoyed rainstorms, and they cared deeply for Konohagakure. Both were completely willing to die protecting the ones they loved.

As lovers, the woman was the more outspoken of the two. She would hold the man's hand in public, and kissed him when the mood struck. Even so, she abhorred mushy things and never fawned over him.

The man would return the gestures of affection, but mostly just retained his emotionless exterior. He cared for the woman, but he knew that she wouldn't take offense if he didn't kiss her passionately or take her into his arms. He wasn't that type of man.

He often showed his affection in more unobtrusive ways. A small glimmer in his eyes, the slightest upward tilt of his lips. The woman would notice these and felt ten times happier than she have if he had bought her an expensive ring.

This was not to say that the man wasn't an excellent lover. He in fact was, and left her breathless many a night, too weak to do anything but lie in his arms and fall asleep.

The two, like any couple, had their share of fights. Both were stubborn, and both refused to show their feelings or share their problems.  They bickered and argued, until one or the other finally got tired.

The woman, was more often than not the cause of these fights. She often acted like a child, or a teenager instead of an adult. If she didn't get her way she would act in one of two ways. Most often she would just pout and look at the man mournfully, receiving a blank stare back. The second way she would yell and rage, again receiving a blank stare. The man never raised his voice, and when he spoke he usually only said a few things that would kill the woman's argument.

The only time he ever got truly anger with her was when they were fighting others. The woman had a blatant disregard for her own safety, and was overprotective. She would oftentimes stand in front of him, or jump in the way of an attack, even one that could prove fatal. The man spoke to her about this, and it was one of the few times where he had almost raised his voice. This did not deter the woman and she told him that she loved him, and was not afraid to die for him.

The woman was not the jealous type, and she trusted the man completely. She would watch with narrowed eyes as other women threw themselves at the man, clinging to his arm and pressing their bodies against him. She tolerated it, but should the woman continue, or decide to get bolder, she was lifted and thrown quite far, with a string of insults and threats following. The man couldn't help but chuckle at these moments, as they were quite comical.

The two were far from perfect, and they as well often wondered at how they had ended up together. But, they knew one thing. They loved each other.

And that was all that really mattered.
Just a little something I had written to cheer myself up over everything thats been going on.Tried a new writing style and form, as you can see its not really a story, but a descritption lol XD This is also to show everyone that I don't make Itachi OOC well, hope you like!
