There is a new star in the sky
It leaves many of us asking why..
When a great person walks from this earth
It shatters breaks and hurts..
Tears fall like cold icy rain
Our heart skips beats from the pain
And we know we can never start anew
Only go on,  whispering I love you
Friends and family wrap us in their arms
Trying to help us through this harm..
An amazing woman is now up high
Watching us from the starry sky
And though we sob and cry.
We know we don't have to say goodbye
We never will
Shes still..
There always there
With a smile and her gentle eyes
Telling us to keep our chin up
To stay strong
Never give up hope
A great star,the brightest
The clearest pure and whitest
Shines and shimmers
Burns and glimmers
Giving us strength
Wanting us to become great
So even though it hurts.
So badly we might curse
We have to hang on and keep fighting...
And remember to gaze up at the sky she is lighting.
